Review of Shinya Tsukamoto’s 2002 erotic thriller A Snake of June. While certainly dealing with a lot of sex related topics, this movie does so in a very artful and tasteful manner. It’s not really a j-horror film, but there is some suspense and the film is shot in a lovely blue hue that adds to the overall creepiness of the movie. For mature viewers.
